The biggest bee protector in Portugal surely is Luis, a lawyer by trade, located in Tapada de Mafra, a former King’s hunter ground turned into a national park. Luis maintains beehives making a tasty honey in this national park. Being a beekeeper herself, Claudia is fascinated by this breed of bees, which are far more vigorous than the ones she’s keeping on Ferreira’s roof in Montreal.
